Steve Hartley is owner and founder of HighGear Marketing. A 37-year radio, newspaper and digital advertising professional, Steve led top performing sales teams in central and eastern Indiana along with Cincinnati and northeast Ohio developing dealer relationships as Region Sales Manager for Gannett and as a Cars.com affiliate. Steve started HighGear Marketing in February 2020 right before the pandemic.
